One of the artifacts used to seal away the Dark God Tarrent during the Grand War. Eval'Gaorv was a powerful mage who specialized in illusions and trickery, and he crafted his signature staff to reflect on his preferences.
It's imbued power was the ability to cast "Alter Self" on up to three targets, without needing concentration or having duration limits.
