One of the artifacts used to seal away the Dark God Tarrent during the Grand War. D'vorak was a powerful Orc Warlord, and this was the sword he used in his conquests before it was liberated from him.
The greatsword is made with adamantine, and provides its wielder with a burst of power when used.
